Bill McLean

Bill McLean is the chief supply chain officer for LIXIL Americas. He manages the region’s operations, overseeing safety, quality, procurement, logistics, planning, and production through the Company’s network of suppliers, plants, logistic centers, and customer care call centers. Responsible for creating the annual operating plan, he ensures that operational and financial targets are achieved while supplying the products that meet the quality, delivery, and cost requirements of the consumer. Additionally, he develops long-term business plans providing the roadmap supporting the group’s strategies.

Previously, McLean served as senior vice president, supply chain, for LIXIL Asia’s faucet division, supervising all logistics and processes in those corresponding manufacturing facilities. Prior, he served in various operational positions for GROHE, including tenures as managing director of GROHE Siam and vice president, operations, for GROHE Canada. Earlier in his career, he worked at CNH Industrial, a global leader in the capital goods sector, serving in senior roles in product engineering and engineering management.

McLean holds an M.S. in engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a B.S. in engineering from the University of Guelph.
