Nicole Zukowski

In January 2026, Nicole officially oversees the field to bottle journey of every drink in the Bacardi portfolio. Promoted to the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer after leading our North America supply chain for nearly two years, she is responsible for leading the teams who are crafting drinks of exceptional quality and taste while also managing a high-performing logistics network and customer service.

Nicole has built a reputation as a leader who consistently delivers excellence. Prior to joining Bacardi, she led the North American supply chain for Nike, was Chief Operating Officer for Converse and before that spent 15 years at L’Oréal where she held roles within manufacturing and operational leadership. She made the ‘100 Most Influential Women in Supply Chain’ list in 2020.
