Jean-Jacques L'Henaff

Vice President, Design at American Standard

Jean-Jacques L’Hénaff is the vice president, design, for the American Standard and DXV brands under the LIXIL Americas division. He oversees a design team that creates world-class product designs aimed at improving everyday life while meeting the high-style demands of today’s consumers.

L’Henaff is driven by a holistic, user-centric approach to the design process and inspires collaborative work between multi-disciplinary creative groups. He is entrepreneurial in nature with a successful track record for building design teams in the United States, Europe and Asia. He has spearheaded award-winning product design that consistently delivers excellence in form as well as function.

Prior to joining LIXIL, L’Hénaff was a design executive for Kohler Asia, Audiovox, and Terk Technologies, and held various design management positions for consulting firms such as Henry Dreyfuss Associates and The Arnell Group in New York City.

L’Henaff holds a B.S. in product and transportation design from Ecole Superieure de Design Industriel in Paris.
