Rob Buete

Rob Buete is the president of LIXIL Home Services for LIXIL Americas. He is responsible for development and execution of strategies to market, sell, and install products directly to end consumers and specifiers.

In Buete’s previous role as the leader of the Safety Tubs division, he managed the expansion of the senior bathing product category into multiple channels including Direct to Consumer (DTC), retail, dealer, and wholesale. He created a sustainable start-to-finish business model, which included lead generation, sales, manufacturing, and installation strategies that significantly grew sales. He had served as president and CEO of Safety Tubs, prior to its purchase by LIXIL.

Previously, Buete gained experience in the kitchen and bath industry working in senior account management and sales roles at LEVELOR and other industry brands, as well as American Standard.

Buete holds a B.B.A. in marketing from Francis Marion University.
