Steven P. Delarge

President & CEO at American Standard

Steven P. Delarge is the chief executive officer and president of LIXIL Americas. He manages North and South American business activities for the LIXIL brands American Standard, DXV, and GROHE, as well as overseeing the leadership teams for sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, legal, and human resources.

Delarge initially joined LIXIL as its senior vice president and chief financial officer. In this role, he was responsible for financial and strategic planning, complex business and tax issues, annual operating budget development and management, accounting, treasury and financial operations, compliance, and governance.

Prior to that, Delarge held various senior executive positions at Momentive Performance Materials and led the carve-out of this $2 billion specialty chemical business of GE into private equity ownership. Before this, he spent more than 25 years with GE in financial and planning roles for numerous operating units, which included working globally and living in Latin America and China.

Delarge holds a B.S. in economics and government from Saint Lawrence University.
