Amanda Taylor

Amanda Taylor, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Systems at the American Statistical Association (ASA). Prior to this role, Amanda held positions such as Manager, Organizational Readiness at The ALS Association, Senior Operations Project Manager at Foundation for Excellence in Education, and Chapter Development and Relations Manager at SME. Amanda has a strong background in operational support, volunteer management, and development of volunteer programs. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master of Science (MS) in Management/Public Relations, and Bachelor's degrees in Communications/ Public Relations from Bowie State University and Morgan State University.
