Crystal Weidman

Crystal Weidman has extensive experience in the surgical field, currently serving as a Licensed Surgical Assistant at Advanced Surgical Assistants and American Surgical Professionals since 2020 and 2017, respectively. Weidman has held multiple roles including CST/CSFA at Houston Orthopedic and Spine Hospital since 2015 and Certified Surgical First Assistant at Key Access Institute LLC since 2013. Previous positions include surgical technologist roles at Osceola Regional Medical Center, UTMB Healthcare, Saint Cloud Regional Medical Center, and Kissimmee Surgery Center, with responsibilities ranging from scrubbing in surgical procedures to anticipating surgeons' needs.
