Dawn Spohnholtz

Dawn Spohnholtz has extensive experience in surgical assistance and medical technology, currently serving as a Certified Surgical First Assistant at both American Surgical Professionals since June 2017 and Suburban Surgical Assistants since May 2016. Additionally, Dawn has held the role of certified surgical technologist at St Alexis Medical Center since 2000 and previously at Sherman Hospital from July 1996 to October 2001. In May 2022, Dawn completed a certification in medical coding from Medical Management Institute. Ongoing education includes studies at Medical Management Institute and Ace Surgical Assisting, along with a certification from Elgin Community College as a Surgical Technologist.
