Shelby Matula is an experienced visitor services and program management professional, currently serving as Visitor Services Manager at The American Swedish Institute since February 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing the guest experience for approximately 70,000 annual visitors and supervising a team dedicated to front-of-house services.
