Carol Wise

Carol Wise is a seasoned instructional designer with over 18 years of experience in developing and managing courseware for various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since November 2019, responsibilities include leading teams to create and update educational content, analyzing learning requirements, and mentoring fellow designers. Prior positions include Senior Instructional Designer at HII Technical Solutions, where similar duties were performed, and roles at Lockheed Martin focusing on aviation courseware development. Carol has also contributed to military training projects at Carley Corporation and JHT, Inc., while starting as an Instructional Technology Specialist at the University of Georgia. Educational qualifications include an Education Specialist in Instructional Technology and a Master's Degree in Science-Medical Writing from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Georgia.
