Nancy Edwards

Nancy Edwards, PMP, has extensive experience in executive administration and corporate governance, currently serving as Corporate Secretary and Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of AMERICAN SYSTEMS since September 1997. In this role, Nancy is integral to the Executive Leadership Team, managing corporate and board meetings, maintaining corporate records, and overseeing the annual shareholders meeting process. Prior to AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Nancy worked as an Executive Assistant at Lincoln Property Company, where responsibilities included liaising with various stakeholders in the multifamily housing sector. Earlier experience at Mobil Oil included roles in communications coordination and total quality management, showcasing a strong background in internal communications and administrative support throughout a career that began in 1980.
