Richard Rogers

Richard Rogers has extensive experience in leadership and operations management, currently serving as a Leadership Instructor and Philadelphia Area Business Development specialist at The Callan Course since 2015. In addition, Richard holds a role as an Instructor and Philadelphia Operations Manager at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, focusing on project management and business development for the Naval Surface Warfare Center in the Philadelphia area. Prior to these positions, Richard spent a decade in the US Navy, where various roles included Force Nuclear Propulsion Officer and Chief of Staff of the U.S. Fifth Fleet, overseeing significant operations and personnel management. Richard's educational background includes degrees from The George Washington University, Old Dominion University, Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and the University of Idaho, with a strong emphasis on national security and engineering management.
