Inga McCarroll

Inga McCarroll is an experienced professional in the fashion industry, currently serving in the Assortment Merchandising role at American Tall since February 2024, where strategic merchandise strategies are developed to align with financial objectives. Prior to this, Inga spent nearly seven years at Grafton Apparel in Buying and Sourcing, achieving sales and inventory targets while catering to the big and tall customer segment. Additional experience includes roles as Buying Assistant/Fit Technician at Fairweather, Fit Technician/Quality Assurance at Musto Ltd and GGS Fashions Ltd, and a foundational role as a Tailor in manufacturing. Inga holds a Fashion Business Diploma and a Certificate in Fashion Studies from Seneca Polytechnic, alongside a Tailor diploma from Karalius Mindaugas Vocational Training Center.
