Kale Guinn

Kale Guinn has an extensive military career with the United States Air Force since June 2012, serving as Master Military Cadre at PACER FORGE, where responsibilities include training Basic Military Training Trainees in deployment readiness and expeditionary skills. Throughout this tenure, Kale has held various roles such as Military Training Instructor Trainer and Military Training Instructor, overseeing the training and development of numerous recruits while managing significant resources and ensuring the welfare of over 5,000 trainees. Additionally, Kale has experience in munitions systems, including storage, testing, and reliability inspections, and has actively engaged in supporting various companies in the tactical and outdoor industries, serving as Pro Staff for multiple organizations such as Catawba Valley Armory and American Technologies Network. Kale holds an Associate's degree in Munition Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
