Quinn Shean

Quinn Shean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy advising and litigation. Currently serving as a State Policy Advisor for the American Telemedicine Association since January 2021, Quinn also holds the position of Strategic Advisor and Managing Director at Tusk Venture Partners since March 2016. Prior roles include Strategic Advisor and Managing Director at Tusk Strategies until May 2023, and Litigation Associate at both Dechert LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP from 2011 to 2016. Early career experience includes work as an Assistant Analyst at Hart Research Associates. Quinn Shean earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Santa Clara University, with additional studies at the University of Oxford.
