Gilberto Regalado

Gilberto Regalado has extensive work experience in the textile recycling industry, primarily with American Textile Recycling Service (ATRS). Gilberto started as the Houston Operations Manager in 2005, where they managed various aspects of the market, including data entry, accounts payable, payroll, and team management.

Gilberto then moved on to become the Director of Operations for ATRS in 2007, overseeing operations in four states and seven markets. In this role, they analyzed market performance, provided guidance and training to improve results, and ensured alignment with corporate processes and procedures.

Finally, Gilberto became the Chief Operations Officer of ATRS in 2010. In this position, they had overall strategic and operational responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations. Gilberto provided leadership, developed a deep understanding of all programs, identified opportunities for growth and optimization, and implemented training programs to enhance staff capacity. Gilberto also worked closely with the Chief Financial Officer to maintain the financial viability of ATRS.

Gilberto Regalado completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Elementary Education Early Childhood from Southwestern Adventist University. Gilberto attended the university from 1997 to 2002.
