Delia Naughton

Delia Naughton, LMSW, is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in development and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Development for Major and Annual Giving at the American Thoracic Society since April 2023, Naughton previously operated as a Nonprofit Program & Development Consultant at Delia Naughton Consulting, LLC from January 2021 to 2023. Naughton's significant contributions to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation spanned from August 2014 to September 2020 in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Industry Partnerships and Executive Vice President of Business Development. Prior to this, Naughton held multiple vice president positions at the American Lung Association from January 1993 to September 2012, focusing on business development and program marketing. Naughton holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Women's Studies from Stony Brook University.
