Thayer I.

Thayer I. currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Endocrinology at Emory University and an Endocrinologist at Grady Health System, with ongoing involvement in the American Thyroid Association as a Public Health Committee Member since November 2021. Previously, Thayer completed a fellowship and worked as an Endocrinologist-Fellow at the University of Chicago, after a residency at Presence Saint Joseph Hospital where responsibilities included serving as the Resident Representative to the Graduate Medical Education Committee. Thayer also gained experience as a Research Coordinator at the South Florida VA Foundation for Research and Education and as a Visiting Physician at Jackson South Community Hospital. Thayer received a Doctor of Medicine degree from Damascus University School of Medicine in 2012.
