Andi Galambos

Andi Galambos is an experienced professional in leadership and employee development, currently serving as Senior Director at American Tower since December 2016, following a prior role as Director of Leadership and Employee Development. Previous experience includes Head of Learning - North America at EMD Serono, Inc. from September 2008 to November 2016, where Andi directed global learning and development initiatives. Andi began a career in the early 1990s at Prudential Financial. Educational credentials include a BA in Philosophy and Management from Simmons University, obtained in 1988.
