Becca Gould

Becca Gould is a seasoned professional in public affairs and government relations, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at American Tower since May 2014. In this role, Becca has represented the company in key industry associations, including Nareit and WIA. Prior experience includes founding and leading Worldwide Insight, where Becca assisted clients like Dell and Motorola in navigating governmental landscapes. Becca also held the position of Vice President of Global Government Affairs and Public Policy at Dell for over 12 years, leading a diverse team in multiple regions. Earlier career roles include Vice President of Global Public Policy at BSA | The Software Alliance, practicing attorney at Verner Liipfert Bernhard Hand, and serving as Counsel on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. Becca has advanced educational credentials, including an LL.M. in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center and is currently participating in the Women's Director Development Program at Northwestern University.
