Javier Cruz

Javier Cruz is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Business Partner Manager for Latin America at American Tower since June 2021. Prior to this role, Javier spent nearly 24 years at Telecom Argentina, where positions included Information Technology Project Manager, Information Technology Business Analyst Team Leader, and Information Technology Business Analyst. Javier holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management focused on information technology project management from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (2023), a PMP certification in project management from the University of Buenos Aires (2014), and a Computer Systems Engineer degree from Universidad Abierta Interamericana (2009). Additionally, Javier minored in Computer Systems Analysis and is currently pursuing programming studies in Python through Gobierno Ciudad de Buenos Aires (2024-2025).
