Juana Velosa is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in designing and implementing HR strategies across various international markets. Currently serving as the Director of HR for Latin America and EMEA at American Tower since April 2013, Juana focuses on diagnosing business challenges and developing customized HR solutions that align with corporate goals. Prior roles include Senior HR Manager and HR Business Partner at American Tower, where Juana supported global HR initiatives and partnered with executive management. Earlier experience includes HR Manager at Root Capital and Principal Manager of Human Resources at ACCION International, where Juana oversaw HR operations in multiple countries. Juana's educational qualifications include a Specialization in Strategic Marketing from CESA and a Bachelor's in Business from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
