Marcello Martins

Marcello Martins is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, sales, and transformation within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Senior Director of the Transformation Office and Operations for American Tower, Marcello has been instrumental in leading fiber optics operations across Latin America since May 2014. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Citrix, where responsibilities included enhancing operational efficiency and establishing key relationships with major telecom carriers. Previous positions at NewNet Communication Technologies and Nokia Siemens Networks involved directing operations and driving sales initiatives that resulted in substantial revenue generation and project management success. Marcello began a career at Motorola Solutions, where oversight of sales operations and business development spanned over 14 years, focusing on North and South American markets. Marcello holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá.
