Sandra Beltran

Sandra Beltran is a seasoned real estate management professional with extensive experience in transforming property management organizations to drive strategic initiatives and achieve significant cost savings. Currently serving as Sr Director of Real Estate Management for UST at American Tower, Sandra leads key business pillars, including Land Management and Customer Relationships, and previously managed regional activities for ATC's land portfolio in HispAm. Prior to American Tower, Sandra held various roles at Apple, including ALAC Sales Operations Manager and EMEIA Demand Forecasting & Analytics Manager, where operational efficiencies and financial insights were prioritized. Sandra began her career at McDonald's in multiple roles, including Business Strategy & Insight Analyst, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s in International Finance, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant credential, complemented by a diploma from INSEAD in Developing Emerging Leaders.
