Sarah Hay

Sarah Hay is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and public relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Communications at American Tower since November 2016, Sarah leads internal communication efforts for the company's largest global division, the U.S. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at Citizens Bank from September 2007 to November 2016, including VP Communications Team Manager, where responsibilities spanned consumer lending and home mortgage lines, and managing a team to support the Consumer Banking division. Earlier experience includes roles at Fenton Communications and internships in editorial and media relations. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Colby College and a Master's in Media and Public Affairs from The George Washington University.
