Kelly Huotari

Kelly Huotari is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience across various industries, including healthcare, technology, and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Communications at Cambia Health Solutions since March 2022, Kelly focuses on enhancing the healthcare experience for individuals and families. Prior to this role, engagements included short-term positions with Fortune 500 tech and healthcare organizations, and a five-year tenure at Cognizant as Head of Global Employee and Executive Communications, where a large internal communications team was built and led. Notable previous roles include Vice President at ROI Communication/Toyota NA, Global Communications and Brand Director at Raytheon, and Director of Internal Communications at Nike.
