Amanda Penebaker

Amanda Penebaker is an experienced Human Resource professional with a robust background in strategic HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Consultant Human Resource Business Partner and Practices Programs Manager at ATC since June 2025, Amanda previously held the position of Human Resource Director at Data Innovations LLC, where strategic HR initiatives impacted five C-Suite executives. Amanda also served as Human Resource Director at RLS, managing HR operations for a network of radiopharmacies, and spent nearly two decades at GE Healthcare, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Human Resource Manager for Integrated Supply Chain. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
