Andrew Paul

Andrew Paul, P.E. is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in substation maintenance and system protection within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Team Leader for Substation Maintenance at ATC since January 2012, Andrew has managed budgets, overseen maintenance contractors, and led investigations into equipment failures. Andrew has also provided critical support during emergencies and has been involved in developing lifecycle programs for substation equipment. Prior roles include System Protection Engineer, where design and analysis of protective relaying schemes were key responsibilities, and internships focusing on compliance and reliability at various companies. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
