Erik Ludwig

Erik Ludwig, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in IT and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Consultant IT Portfolio Project Manager at American Transmission Co. since August 2013, Erik oversees processes, prioritization, and financials, while developing an internal standard for Change Management. Responsibilities include managing project pipelines, building Power BI dashboards, and mentoring on project methodologies. Previous roles include Project Manager at Heartland Business Systems, where Erik managed large-scale projects and coordinated resources across various sectors, and Project Manager for the City of Waukesha, where Erik led IT projects for city departments and broadcast activities. Erik holds a B.S. in Radio/TV/Film from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
