Stephan Hoffmann

Stephan Hoffmann, PE, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at American Transmission Co. since May 2017, where leadership of diverse teams in the development of electric transmission projects is a primary responsibility, emphasizing collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Stephan served as the Senior Project Manager and Transportation Services Division Director at R.A. Smith National from August 2006 to May 2017, overseeing consultant design teams in delivering transportation facility design projects and ensuring quality assurance and control. Early career experience included project management of WisDOT highway projects, focusing on critical project elements such as roadway and drainage design, public involvement, utility coordination, and plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E). Stephan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, completed in 1993, and attended Wisconsin Lutheran High School from 1984 to 1988.
