Steve Couvillon

Steve Couvillon has a diverse work experience in various engineering and managerial roles. Steve has worked at American Trim, where they served as the Director of Technology, managing a cross-functional team for the development of new decorative products and coating technologies. Steve also worked as the Engineering Director, overseeing process development, cost analysis, and project engineering for multiple markets. Prior to that, Couvillon worked as a Process Development Manager at American Trim's RD&D department, researching and commercializing emerging technologies. Additionally, they worked at Delphi, where they held roles such as Mfg Engineering Manager and Sr Manufacturing Engineer, overseeing the global development and installation of brake and suspension assembly systems. Steve also worked at Delco Products - GM as a Reliability & Test Engineer, specializing in the validation of suspension systems.

Steve Couvillon earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Penn State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Steve later pursued a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering (MSMSE) at Stanford University, from 1994 to 1995.
