Jay Palmer, CIMA®, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jay currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President - National Sales Manager at American Trust since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President - National Accounts at American Trust from September 2021 to March 2022, and as the Regional Director from March 2021 to September 2021.

Before joining American Trust, Jay Palmer worked at Invesco US for over two decades. Their roles at Invesco included Director of Retirement National Accounts, where they served as the primary relationship contact for assigned strategic accounts, and VP - Retirement Plan Consultant - DCIO. Jay also held the role of Senior Product Manager - Retirement Plans, overseeing the conversion of the business model. Additionally, they served as Regional VP - Retirement Plan Consultant (Bundled Solutions) in the earlier years of their tenure at Invesco.

Jay Palmer, CIMA®, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications including a Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS) from the Institute of Business & Finance, a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) from the Investments & Wealth Institute, a Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) from the American Bankers Association, and a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) from the College for Financial Planning. Jay has also obtained various licenses including the Series 6, Series 7, Series 26, Series 63, and Series 66 from FINRA.
