David Yarmosh

David Yarmosh is a seasoned bioinformatician with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Lead Bioinformatician at ATCC since November 2020, and as Podcast Host for ATCC - Behind the Biology since July 2022. Prior to this, David held positions at MRIGlobal from August 2016 to November 2020, progressing from Associate Bioinformatician to Staff Bioinformatician. Previous experience includes a role as Database Analyst at Augusta Health from October 2013 to July 2016, focusing on big data manipulation and reporting. David began his career as an Undergraduate Researcher at SUNY Geneseo under Dr. David K from September 2011 to January 2013. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from New York University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from SUNY Geneseo (2009-2013).
