Scott Eblin

Scott Eblin is the president of The Eblin Group, Inc., a leadership development firm focused on enhancing leadership capabilities and personal resilience for better living and creating positive impact. With extensive experience as a global speaker, executive coach, and best-selling author, Scott collaborates with prominent organizations. As a Coach-in-Residence at American Underground, Scott supports startup founders in essential leadership skills, and in adjunct faculty roles at Duke Corporate Education and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Scott instructs on advanced leadership and resilience. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Columbia Gas Transmission, contributions to One Valley Bancorp, and strategic planning for West Virginia's economic development under Governor Gaston Caperton. Scott holds a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University, an honors degree in International Relations from Davidson College, and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University.
