Alicia Girt

Alicia Girt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Ops Risk and Controls at OneAmerica since May 2022, Alicia previously worked as a Senior Governance and Risk Consultant. Alicia's career includes over two decades of diverse experience, including self-employment in construction and roles at CNO Financial Group as a Senior Business Risk Analyst and Business Risk Analyst, where responsibilities included managing cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance audits. Earlier positions include financial and operational roles at CSC and customer service at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, along with entrepreneurial ventures in founding Double Time and Soaring Communications. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Southern Indiana.
