Heather Hutchinson

Heather Hutchinson serves as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Improvement at OneAmerica Financial, a position held since March 2016. Prior roles at OneAmerica include Vice President for both Enterprise Business Improvement and Operations Retirement Services and Corporate Support, as well as Vice President for Vendor Management and Corporate Support. Prior to OneAmerica, Heather worked at MasterCard as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing global contact center management and vendor management for over 50 vendors. Heather's career began at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where the role of Procurement Manager was held from 2000 to 2010. Heather Hutchinson holds a Master of Arts in Marketing from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
