Jennifer Ortega is an experienced Human Resources Director with a background in organization development and training. Jennifer held the position of Manager of Organization Development & Training at CNO Financial Group and currently serves as Human Resources Director at OneAmerica Financial. Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from Case Western Reserve University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and African American Studies from the University of Cincinnati.
