Julia Rutland

Julia Rutland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. As the Executive Director and Founder of The Gifted Gown since April 2013, Julia has dedicated efforts to addressing the social and emotional needs of the community by providing formal wear. Additionally, Julia currently serves as a Senior HR Associate at OneAmerica, while previous roles include Corporate HR Generalist at TRU-FLEX and Owner of Aesthetic Design Style House, a fashion services company aimed at supporting independent fashion businesses. Prior experience includes positions as Executive Assistant at Haverstick Consulting and Praxis Management International, as well as roles in operations and retail management. Julia's educational background includes studies at Ball State University from 1994 to 1995.
