Lisa Nield

Lisa Nield is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Americas HR Associate Care at Cytiva since April 2020, Lisa previously held HR roles at GE Healthcare from March 2014 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing operations and employee relations. Prior to that, Lisa worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Human Resources Generalist from January 2002 to March 2014, focusing on recruiting, employee development, onboarding, and payroll, among other areas. Lisa's career began at Bourns, Inc., where 14 years were spent in operations training and quality management. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and has additional educational background from Utah State University.
