Smita Chalasani

Smita Chalasani is an experienced professional in Agile transformation and program management with a strong background in technology and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Agile Transformation at OneAmerica since November 2019, Smita has successfully led end-to-end Agile transformations and established key frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean methodologies. Prior roles include Agile Coach at Eli Lilly and Company, Sr. Program Manager at OneAmerica, and various technical positions at organizations like KAR Auction Services and Motorola Solutions. Smita holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Gkm College of Engineering and Technology.
