Mihaela Nina

Mihaela Nina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and business sustainability. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Product at Augmentation X since January 2020, Mihaela leads the development of unique digital solutions for stakeholder engagement. In addition, Mihaela acts as a Business Incubation Mentor and Guest Speaker at the American University in Dubai, guiding startup founders through their entrepreneurial journeys. As the founder of Mirrows, a dual state digital art venture, Mihaela combines immersive storytelling with technology to create unique art pieces. Previously, Mihaela was involved in various roles, including Program Producer and Moderator for The Impact Talks, Founder of Concerto TIC, and Co-founding member of Social Capital, while also holding key positions in the loyalty programs of InterContinental Hotels Group. Mihaela's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Communication from Academia de Studii Economice din București and ongoing studies at the University of Cambridge.
