Allison Wallen

Allison Wallen currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Success, Transition, and Retention at American University, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor for University Studies at George Mason University, where curriculum was developed for first-year student-athletes, and as a Success Coach at the same institution, providing holistic support to a large student caseload to facilitate academic and career success. Earlier, Wallen worked as a PACT Counselor at Mercy College, supporting second-year students in their academic and personal development. Wallen holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Buffalo State University.
