Emma Fawcett, PhD, serves as a Senior Manager of Global Impact at TechnoServe since April 2021, previously holding the role of Senior MEL Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. Concurrently, Emma works as an Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at American University since May 2013. Prior experience includes positions at Oxfam America as a Senior Evaluation and Learning Advisor and at the Una Chapman Cox Foundation as Program Manager. Emma has also contributed as a Research Fellow at the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development and the Inter-American Development Bank, and served as a consultant for Fondation Nouvelle Haiti and the Center for Free Enterprise and Democracy. Emma earned a PhD in International Relations and Affairs from American University, a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School, and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Rutgers University, complemented by a study abroad experience at Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán.
