Ilona Birenbaum

Ilona Birenbaum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational and leadership development, executive coaching, and human resources consulting. As the Principal of The Wynhurst Group, LLC since 2003, Ilona has focused on fostering environments for talent development and retention. Ilona also serves as a Positive Intelligence Coach, optimizing performance and wellbeing through innovative mental fitness training. Additionally, Ilona is a Founding Core Guide for Chief, facilitating networking among women executive leaders, and holds a role as an Adjunct Faculty and Coach in the Key Executive Leadership Program at American University. Previous experience includes senior consulting positions at Watson Wyatt Worldwide and American Management Systems, where Ilona led significant change initiatives and performance management programs. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and dual BA and MS degrees in Psychology and Labor Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
