Jan Post

Jan Post is an experienced finance and budget professional with a strong background in higher education administration. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Finance and Chief Budget Officer at American University since March 2018, Jan Post has held multiple leadership roles including Executive Director of University Budget Planning and Operations and Director of University Budget Operations. Previously, Jan Post was the Senior Director of Finance and Administration at the American University School of International Service and also served as Director of Financial Operations there. Additionally, Jan Post worked as Director of Project Development and Administration at the American University School of Education from September 2010 to December 2015. Jan Post holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
