Jesse Monroe

Jesse Monroe has a diverse work experience in the field of admissions. They started their career as an Admissions Counselor at Meredith College in July 2010 and later became a Senior Admissions Counselor in April 2013. In November 2014, Jesse joined American University as an Assistant Director of Admissions and then progressed to the role of Associate Director of Admissions in April 2022. Currently, Jesse holds the position of Director of Admissions, Domestic Recruitment at American University, where they serve on the Admissions Leadership Team and collaborate with the Office of Enrollment's Senior Leadership Team in developing data-driven recruitment plans. They also manage the development of recruitment and yield travel plans for multiple teams and ensure alignment with institutional enrollment goals.

Jesse Monroe attended Meredith College from 2006 to 2010 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion, Communication, Ethics and the Public Interest.
