Leroy Miller

Leroy Miller is the Founder and Managing Partner of International Business Strategies, a role held since January 1983, focusing on policy and market research for the U.S. Additionally, Leroy serves as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor of Global Economics and Business at American University since September 1983, where responsibilities include teaching courses, supervising internships, and organizing seminars with notable leaders and policymakers. As Director of the Washington Semester Program, Leroy leads this prestigious experiential learning initiative, managing relationships and recruitment with 250 member schools. Leroy holds a Dr.phil in International Relations from The University of Bonn and a B.A. in Political Science from Washington State University.
