Maria Morukian

Maria Morukian serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MSM Global Consulting since July 2014 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor at American University, where instruction focuses on designing intercultural training programs. With extensive experience in leadership development, Maria has provided training and executive coaching at the Federal Executive Institute and previously at the U.S. Department of State. Other roles include Practice Director for Leadership & Management at Management Concepts Inc. and Executive Director of the National MultiCultural Institute, specializing in diversity training and organizational development.
