Nicole Bresnahan

Associate Vice President, Financial Operations at American University

Nicole Bresnahan has extensive work experience in financial operations and reporting. Nicole started their career at Deloitte in 2004, where they worked as a Manager until 2011. Nicole then joined American University and held various roles, including Director of Financial Reporting, Assistant Controller, Controller, Assistant Vice President & Controller, Assistant Vice President of Financial Operations, and currently, they serve as the Associate Vice President of Financial Operations.

Nicole Bresnahan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from William & Mary. Nicole then pursued a Master of Accounting from Towson University, which they completed in 2005. Nicole has also obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Maryland Department of Labor & Licensing.
