Russell Robinson

Russell Robinson, EdD, serves as the Director of the Key Undergraduate Leadership Program and Associate Professor at American University, focusing on developing strategic and reflective leaders. In addition to this role, Russell is the founder of Amplified Research + Consulting, LLC, specializing in qualitative research and organizational development, with a focus on employee engagement and change management. Russell has held positions such as Chief Inspiration Officer at Inspiring Workplaces and Senior Training & Engagement Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where efforts concentrated on enhancing impact and influence among civil servants. Academic experience includes roles as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville and in various analytical and managerial positions within the NGA and U.S. Department of Education. Russell's educational background includes a Doctorate in Human Organizational Learning and a Master’s in Public Administration from American University, along with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
